What Is Good Luck In Life My Opinion On That Question

Winning is good, but not always. When you beat out someone irrationally or destructively, it tarnishes the winning aspect of what has been done, even if it is totally successful. In the opening sentence of this article, I wanted to show what I think is good in an inverse way and then work my way to what I correctly mean. Good things are good things, but what appears good is not always good. Seriously, I think about the question, “what is good luck in life?” all the time, and consciously with conscientiousness also. I find that reality is more than just black and white, winning and losing or perfect opposites. There are many gray areas that can be good or bad totally, but with good points within the bad or bad points within the good and the only absolute is the moral condition that we allow ourselves to have in that reality, it is good or it is bad. We either have an intent to steal value or an intent to give value, and those absolutes are in our minds, hearts and spirits.

So, morality within is an absolute, but conditions are not. When I say things like “luck is preparation meeting opportunity.” This is what I mean: Genuine bad luck is larceny meeting a negative default, and genuine good luck is alertness and positive preparation meeting opportunity. So, in this case, my definition of luck includes a logical definition of moral absolutes and realistic workings. In short, cause and effect is not just an “old wives tale” or silly superstition. Cause and effect is the most basic law there is really, and cannot be escaped, only understood after it is found as a reality of existence and life. I am not saying that my definition of luck is some sort of philosophy or system of thought, but it does define and clear up a lot of misconceptions about cause and effect in the sense, that my definition of luck is not based on mysticism or “maybe so” thinking. It comes from definite causes and has definite effects.

I think of the Napoleon Hill story about Edwin Barnes, the man who went into business with Thomas Edison, the inventor. Well, that is my definition of luck in reality in that he positively prepared for five years with expectancy (cause) and then took his opportunity however it genuinely came and used everything about it to his advantage (effect). It does not matter how you put it, but genuine bad luck as I defined it is idle scheming. Genuine good luck is preparation meeting a genuine opportunity even if it does come in a “silly” package or in an unusual way.
